基于有限元理论的胶印机橡皮滚筒模态分析

摘要 胶印机橡皮滚筒作为胶印机的关键部件影响着印刷精度。本文基于有限元理论,对胶印机橡皮滚筒进行了模态分析。首先利用Solidworks对滚筒进行了几何建模,并且导入Ansys软件中进行静力学特性分析以及振动特性分析,得出了应力、应变云图、固有频率和模态振型图。静力学分析得出,最大等效应力值为280.61MPa,小于屈服极限强度370MPa,达到实际运用的要求。模态分析结果得出滚筒前三阶主要为滚筒中间弯曲变形,最大振型主要发生在中间部分;后三阶滚筒的扭转弯曲变形,最大振型主要发生在滚筒两端和轴头。得到橡皮滚筒的一阶固有频率为380.08Hz,远远低于橡皮滚筒临界转速,为胶印机橡皮滚筒的可靠性分析提供了计算依据。 As a key part of the offset press,the rubber drum affects the printing accuracy.Based on the finite element theory,the modal analysis of rubber drum of offset press is presented in this paper.First of all,the drum is modeled geometrically with Solidworks,and the static characteristics and vibration characteristics are analyzed in Ansys software,and the stress,strain cloud diagram,natural frequency and mode shape diagram are obtained.Static analysis shows that the maximum equivalent stress value is 280.61MPa,which is less than the ultimate yield strength of 370MPa,which meets the requirements of practical application.The results of modal analysis show that the first three steps of the drum are mainly bending deformation in the middle of the drum,and the maximum vibration mode mainly occurs in the middle part.The torsion bending deformation of the last three drum,the maximum vibration type mainly occurs at both ends of the drum and the shaft head.The first natural frequency of the rubber drum is 380.08Hz,which is much lower than the critical speed of the rubber drum,and provides a basis for the reliability analysis of the rubber drum of the offset press.
