ABAQUS二次开发在O型圈密封组件仿真分析中的应用

摘要 基于Python语言对ABAQUS软件前处理和后处理模块进行二次开发,形成O型圈典型密封结构性能仿真评估插件。结果表明,基于该插件可快速进行几何建模、材料赋予、网格划分、边界加载、结果后处理并自动生成Word报告,能帮助快速识别影响密封性能的关键设计参数、验证设计合理性、节约仿真时间,较大程度地提高了仿真效率。 Pre-post processing model of ABAQUS was developed secondarily based on Python language,and the simulation evaluation plug-in of typical O-ring seal structure was formed.The results showed that based on the plug-in,geometric mode-ling,material assignment,mesh division,boundary loading,and result post-processing could be quickly performed and automatically generate Word reports,which could helped identify key design parameters that affected the sealing performance,verified design rationality,saved simulation time and greatly improved simulation efficiency.
