摘要
辽宁某磁铁矿为了探究磨矿浓度对矿石HY湿式球磨功指数的影响,进行了湿式球磨功指数试验,考察了不同磨矿浓度下的HY湿式球磨功指数,并优化了HY湿式球磨功指数的磨矿浓度。试验结果表明:由开路磨矿试验可知,磨矿浓度为75%时的磨机-0.074 mm利用系数最高,为0.672 t/(m^(3)·h),与现场相比,提升幅度为5.99%;磨矿浓度为65%时的磨机-0.074 mm利用系数仅比浓度为75%时低0.038 t/(m^(3)·h),与现场条件下的利用系数相同;由闭路湿式球磨功指数试验可知,磨矿浓度为65%时的湿式功指数最低,比优化前的湿式球磨功指数降低了1.308 (kW·h)/t,降低幅度为8.94%,而磨矿浓度为75%时,比优化前的湿式球磨功指数仅降低了0.207 6 (kW·h)/t,降低幅度为1.42%;结合开、闭路试验得出,最适宜的磨矿浓度为65%。
In order to explore the influence of grinding concentration on the HY wet ball mill work in-dex of a magnetite ore in Liaoning,the wet ball mill work index test is carried out.The HY wet ball mill work index under different grinding concentrations is investigated,and the grinding concentration of the HY wet ball mill work index is optimized.The results show that the open-circuit grinding test shows that the utilization coefficient of mill-0.074 mm is the highest when the grinding concentration is 75%,which is 0.672 t/(m^(3)·h).Compared with the field,the increase is 5.99%.The utilization coefficient of-0.074 mm of the mill at the grinding concentration of 65% is only 0.038 t/(m^(3)·h)lower than that at the concentration of 75%,which is the same as that under field conditions.According to the closed-circuit wet ball mill work index test,the wet ball mill work index is the lowest when the grinding concentration is 65%,which is 1.308(kW·h)/t lower than the wet ball mill work index before optimization,with decrease of 8.94%.When the grinding concentration is 75%,the work index of wet ball milling is only 0.2076(kW•h)/t lower than that before optimization,with decrease of 1.42%.Combined with the open and closed circuit tests,the most suitable grinding concentration is 65%.
