摘要
实际选矿厂因生产工艺相对固定,各种生产工艺指标对该选矿厂生产效率的影响,具有了独特的规律性。采用动态系统的研究方法,依次建立了提铁降杂选矿厂各生产工艺指标间的数学模型和经济效益模型,把生产工艺指标与经济效益密切地结合起来。利用枚举法对不同方案进行对比分析,计算出经济效益最优的生产工艺指标,可以此指导生产。
the production process indicators influencing the mineral processing plant efficiency obey unique regularities because of the fixed technology of mineral processing plant. In this paper, the mathematical models of the production process indicators and the economic models of the mineral processing plant are built by the research methods of dynamic system in order to closely combine the production process indicators and economic efficiency. The simulation results figuring out the greatest one demonstrate that the model methods can be used to arrange production, using the enumeration and contrasting thousands of diverse production program.
