复杂环境下露天矿平硐掘进爆破方案研究

摘要 西峪露天矿矿外平硐沿线存在高速公路、县道、居民区、特高压线等,施工环境复杂,需严格控制爆破有害效应。根据平硐工程背景,设计采用微差控制爆破方案;结合工程实践及经验公式,分别确定了IV级围岩、V级围岩全断面法开挖爆破的炸药单耗、孔距、装药长度、延期时间、装药结构、起爆网络;分别计算了爆破振动安全距离、爆破空气冲击波安全距离、爆破飞石最大距离,提出了爆破振动、空气冲击波、爆破飞石、有毒有害气体、粉尘以及爆破噪声的防控措施。结果表明,爆破飞石对闵家院特大桥、县道有一定的影响,需要采取脚手架搭配毛竹片阻隔飞石。 There are expressways,county roads,residential areas,ultra-high-voltage lines along the outer adit of Xiyu Open-pit Mine.The construction environment is complex,and the harmful effects of blast-ing need to be strictly controlled.According to the background of adit engineering,the millisecond con-trolled blasting scheme is designed.Combined with engineering practice and empirical formula,the explo-sive unit consumption,hole spacing,charge length,delay time,charge structure and detonation network of full-face excavation blasting of Grade IV surrounding rock and Grade V surrounding rock are determined re-spectively.The safety distance of blasting vibration,the safety distance of blasting air shock wave and the maximum distance of blasting flying rock are calculated respectively.The prevention and control measures of blasting vibration,air shock wave,blasting flying rock,toxic and harmful gas,dust and blasting noise are put forward.The results show that the blasting flying stone has a certain influence on the Minjiayuan Bridge and the county road,and it is necessary to adopt the scaffold with the bamboo sheet to block the flying stone.
