摘要
以大宝山露天矿北部685平台下方存在640平硐为工程背景,分析了单响最大药量及起爆延时对爆破震动效应的影响;给出了深孔爆破设计方案,并预先在距炮孔底部50mm处采用沙包分离处理,形成空气间隔,且装药及填塞分类处理。现场试验表明,深孔爆破处理效果良好,640平硐稳定性并未受到不利影响。
Based on the background of 640 adit under the 685 platform in the north of Dabaoshan open-pit mine,the article analyzes the effect of the maximum dose of single hole and the initiation delay on the blasting vibration,gives the design scheme of deep hole blasting,the sand pack is divided into 50mm from the bottom of the hole in advance,air separation is formed,and the charge and packing are classified and processed.Field test shows that the deep hole blasting treatment is effective and the stability of the 640 adit is not affected.
