摘要
运用CiteSpace软件对国内现代物流人才培养的文献进行梳理,研究发现论文数量总体呈上升趋势,但核心作者群体的协作不够紧密,研究机构间的整体协同有待加强;研究热点聚焦于物流管理、人才培养和产教融合等;研究进程经历从人才需求与培养模式的初步探索,过渡到教育内容与实际需求的有效对接,最终深化至技术整合与应用的深入探讨。未来建议加强研究机构间的合作,促进教育模式创新,并鼓励跨学科学习。
Using CiteSpace software to sort out the literature on domestic modern logistics talent training,the study found that the number of papers is generally on the rise,but the collaboration of the core group of authors is not close enough,and the overall synergy between research institutions needs to be strengthened;the research hotspots are focused on logistics management,personnel training and integration of industry and education,etc.;the research process has gone through a transition from the initial exploration of talent demand and training mode to the effective connection between education content and actual demand,and finally to the in-depth discussion of technology integration and application.In the future,it is recommended to strengthen the cooperation among research institutions,promote the innovation of education model and encourage interdisciplinary learning.
