乡村振兴网络直播人才需求与培养策略研究

摘要 基于乡村振兴战略背景,文章聚焦对乡村从业人员进行网络直播电商人才的培养。结合文献报道与实地调研,揭示了农村电商直播人才短缺的现状及在数量、知识、素质及技能上的具体需求;提出了政府主导、学校参与的培养模式;并制定了由初级入门、中级熟练到高级网红阶段的培养目标。在初级阶段教学实施过程中,采用“理论+实操”的方法;通过与参培人员建立长期联系巩固培训效果,旨在构建适应乡村电商直播发展的人才培养体系,助力乡村振兴事业。 This study,grounded in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,focuses on cultivating talent for live e-commerce broadcasting among rural practitioners.By integrating literature reviews and field research,it reveals the current shortage of talent for rural e-commerce live streaming and the specific demands in terms of quantity,knowledge,quality,and skills.A government-led,school-involved training model is proposed,along with the establishment of training objectives spanning from the primary introductory level,through intermediate proficiency,to advanced internet celebrity status.During the implementation of the primary-level teaching,a"theory+practice"approach is adopted,and long-term connections with trainees are established to consolidate the training effects.The aim is to construct a talent cultivation system that aligns with the development of rural e-commerce live streaming,thereby contributing to the revitalization of rural areas.
