摘要
为健全工程教育育人模式,针对新工科城市地下空间工程专业人才培养,基于网络层次分析法从“政产学研用”5个维度、12个指标,构建“政产学研用”协同育人评价体系模型,运用该模型对“政产学研用”协同育人模式进行综合评价分析。研究表明:一级指标中,政府的宏观调控和引领指导是强化“政产学研用”深度结合的关键;二级指标中,“教育资源配置”指标的权重占比将很大程度地影响“学校”维度的全局权重占比;“用户价值”作为二级指标中“异军突起”的一个指标,反映着优化用户价值和提高用户体验是下一步该模式发展的一个重要方向。通过对工程教育模式的研究,得到“政产学研用”育人模式各维度量化评价,可为新工科背景下城市地下空间工程专业人才培养提供借鉴。
As the new engineering strategy continues to advance,improving the engineering education model has significant strategic and practical importance for cultivating new types of outstanding engineering talents.In order to enhance the engineering education nurturing model,this work focuses on the cultivation of professionals in the new engineering discipline of urban underground space engineering.Based on the network hierarchy analysis method,it constructs a"government-industry-university-research-application"collaborative education evaluation system model from five dimensions and twelve indicators.This model is used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the collaborative education model.The research shows that among the primary indicators,the government's macro-control and guiding leadership are key to strengthening the deep integration of"government-industry-university-research-application".Among the secondary indicators,the weight of the"education resource allocation"indicator will significantly affect the overall weight of the"school"dimension."User value,"as an emerging secondary indicator,reflects that optimizing user value and improving user experience is an important direction for the next step in the development of this model.Through the study of the engineering education model,the quantified evaluation of each dimension of the"government-industry-university-research-application"education model is obtained,aiming to provide a reference for the cultivation of urban underground space engineering professionals under the new engineering background.
