摘要
文化润疆工程深嵌于中华民族共同体建设、民族地区治理及发展的整体过程中,是在新疆地区持续发挥中华文化凝聚整合功能的运行框架,服务于巩固和强化中华民族的身份确认和中华文化的心理认同。以中华文化符号建设推进文化润疆工程,突出“共享”以强化中华民族的历史认知、强调“共同”以深化中华民族的身份认同、营造“共赏”以再现中华民族的集体记忆、达到“共情”以凝聚中华民族的情感力量、实现“共振”以坚定中华民族共同体建设的理想信念。在实践探索中注重中华文化符号建设的顶层设计,明确建设目标与主线,优化整合中华文化符号资源,创新展现形式与传播方式,以此夯实中华民族共同体建设持续性和稳固性的深厚根基,标定不断深入文化润疆工程新实践的价值坐标。
The Cultural Enrichment Project in Xinjiang is deeply embedded in the whole process of building a community for the Chinese nation,as well as in the governance and development of ethnic regions.It operates as a framework to continuously exert the cohesive and integrative functions of Chinese culture in Xinjiang,serving to consolidate and strengthen the identification with the Chinese nation and the psychological recognition of Chinese culture.Promoting the Cultural Enrichment Project in Xinjiang through the construction of Chinese cultural symbols emphasizes“sharing”to strengthen the historical understanding of the Chinese nation,highlights“commonality”to deepen the identity recognition of the Chinese nation,creates“collective appreciation”to revive the collective memory of the Chinese nation,achieves“empathy”to unite the emotional strength of the Chinese nation,and realizes“resonance”to solidify the ideals and beliefs in building a community for the Chinese nation.In practical exploration,emphasis needs to be placed on the top-level design of the construction of Chinese cultural symbols,clearly defining the construction goals and main themes,optimizing and integrating resources of Chinese cultural symbols,and innovating the forms and methods of presentation and dissemination.This approach aims to solidify the deep foundation for the sustainability and stability of the Chinese national community building,and to set value coordinates for continuously deepening the new practices of the Cultural Enrichment Project in Xinjiang.
