摘要
中华民族共同体建设是党和国家提出的一个重大理论命题和实践命题。中华民族共同体建设是一个由逻辑起点、目标导向、体系格局、道德原则与实践路径等核心要素组成的结构体系。中华民族多元一体是中华民族共同体建设的逻辑起点,这种多元一体的结构性特征是中华民族共同体建设难以绕开的现实前提。中华民族共同体建设的目标导向是各民族共富共享,它充盈着中华文明济世安民的弱势关怀、均衡发展的空间正义和文化赓续的集群关怀。中华民族共同体建设的体系格局是各民族共建共治,涉及激活各族人民的主体地位和责任意识,依托全过程人民民主推进中华民族共同体的协同共建。中华民族共同体建设的道德原则是和合共生,强调立足各民族的共生共在,在增进各民族共同性的同时尊重和包容差异性。中华民族共同体建设的实践路径是一个知行合一的过程,即本体层面的中华民族共同体建设要注重推进各民族交往交流交融,心理层面要注重铸牢中华民族共同体意识。
The construction of community for the Chinese nation is a major theoretical proposition and a practical proposition put forward by the CPC and the state.It is a structural system composed of core elements such as logical starting point,goal orientation,system pattern,moral principles and practical paths.This structural feature is a realistic premise that cannot be avoided in the construction of community for the Chinese nation.The goal orientation of the construction of community for the Chinese nation is that all ethnic groups share wealth.It is filled with the weak concern of the Chinese civilization,the space justice of balanced development and the group concern of ceaseless culture.The system pattern of the construction of community for the Chinese nation is co-construction and co-governance.It involves activating the principal status and sense of responsibility of the people of all ethnic groups,and promoting coordinated building of community for the Chinese nation through the whole-people’s democracy.The moral principle of the construction of community for the Chinese nation is harmony and symbiosis.It emphasizes the symbiosis and co-existence of all ethnic groups and respects differences while enhancing the commonality of all ethnic groups.The path of the construction of community for the Chinese nation is a process of integrating knowledge and action.On the one hand,it is necessary to promote exchanges,communication and integration,on the other hand,it is necessary to consolidating the consciousness of community for the Chinese nation.
