紫檀芪生产方法的研究进展

摘要 紫檀芪是白藜芦醇的一种甲基化产物,比白藜芦醇有更高的生物利用度,在抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等方面具有广泛的保健作用和应用价值。紫檀芪的生产方法主要有植物提取法、化学合成法和微生物合成法。植物提取法相对安全,但存在提取效率低、产物纯度低等问题;化学合成法效率高,但存在副产物纯化成本高、环境污染大等问题;微生物合成法对环境友好,但存在转化效率低、潜在安全隐患等问题。因此,对不同方法进行优化,建立一种高效环保的紫檀芪生产方法仍然是该方向研究的热点。为此,重点对紫檀芪的各种生产方法及研究现状进行综述,并对未来发展方向提出展望,为相关研究工作的开展提供参考。 Pterostilbene is a methylated derivative of resveratrol with higher bioavailability than resveratrol.Pterostilbene has wide-ranging health benefits and applications because of its anti-tumor,antioxidant,and anti-inflammatory properties.The production of pterostilbene mainly includes plant extraction,chemical synthesis,and microbial synthesis.Plant extraction of pterostilbene is relatively safe but suffers from low extraction efficiency and product purity.Chemical synthesis of pterostilbene offers high efficiency,but involves the high cost of purifying by-products and environmental pollution.Microbial synthesis of pterostilbene is environmentally friendly,but has drawbacks such as low conversion efficiency and potential safety concerns.Therefore,optimizing different methods and establishing an efficient and environmentally friendly production method for pterostilbene remains a hot topic in research in this field.Focus on various methods and research progress of pterostilbene production,providing insights into future directions.It aims to serve as a reference for relevant research of pterostilbene production.
