摘要
对6063铝合金的固溶-风淬-时效工艺进行了研究。通过有限元分析计算得到不同风压下的风冷淬火速度,利用正交试验研究了不同固溶温度(540、550、560℃)、固溶时间(30、60、90 min)和风淬速度(5、6、7℃/s)下的合金性能,在此基础上研究了不同时效工艺(时效温度180、200、220℃,时效时间2、4、6 h)下的合金性能,并与国标T6及初始退火态的性能要求进行了对比。结果表明,固溶-风淬工艺对6063铝合金强度的影响因素按降序排列依次为风淬速度、固溶温度和固溶时间;对伸长率的影响因素按降序排列依次为固溶温度、风淬速度和固溶时间。时效温度为180℃和200℃时,随着时效时间的延长,合金的强度、硬度增加,而伸长率则减小。6063铝合金最佳的固溶-风淬-时效工艺为550℃×30 min固溶+7℃/s风淬+180℃×6 h时效。经该工艺处理后,合金的性能均高于标准T6的要求,且较退火态强度提升1倍多,硬度也明显增大,强化效果显著。
The solution treatment-air quenching-aging processes for 6063 aluminium alloy were studied.The air quenching rates under different air pressures were obtained by finite element analysis,and the alloy properties under different solution treating temperatures(540,550,560℃),solution treating time(30,60,90 min)and air quenching rates(5,6,7℃/s)were investigated by orthogonal tests,and based on which,the properties under different aging processes(aging temperatures of 180,200,220℃,aging time of 2,4,6 h)were studied,and compared with that required by the national standard T6 and that of the initial annealed state.The results show that the influencing factors of the solution treatment and air quenching process on the strength of the 6063 aluminum alloy are ranked in descending order as the following:air quenching rate,solution treating temperature and solution treating time,and the influencing factors on the elongation are ranked in descending order as the following:solution treating temperature,air quenching rate and solution treating time.When the aging temperature is 180℃and 200,as the aging time increases,the strength and hardness of the alloy increase,while the elongation decreases.The optimal solution treatment-air quenching-aging process for the 6063 aluminum alloy is 550 C×30 min solution treatment+7 C/s air quenching+180℃×6 h aging.After this process,the properties of the alloy are higher than the requirements of standard T6,and the strength is increased by more than once compared to the annealed state,and the hardness is also significantly increased,indicating a significant strengthening effect.
