摘要
综述了6xxx系铝合金导体材料的时效行为。微量元素Cu促进时效进程,减轻停放效应,提高峰值强度,Zr减缓时效进程,改善合金的耐热性,适量稀土对合金的性能产生好的影响。6xxx系铝合金导体材料的使用状态为β!相起主要强化作用的过时效状态。要开发出高电导率中强度铝合金导体材料,必须深入研究低Mg+Si含量的Al-Mg-Si-RE铝合金时效行为。
The aging behaviors of 6xxx series aluminum alloy with high electric conductivity were reviewed.The typical trace elements,such as Cu,can accelerate aging process of Al-Mg-Si series alloy,reduce the storage effect and increase the strength peak value obviously while the element Zr can slow the aging rate and in a further step improve the alloy's thermal resistance.Moreover,an appropriate addition amount of rare earth is of benefit to optimize the alloy properties.The performance state of 6xxx series conductive aluminum alloy is a past aging state,in which β′ phase is dominated.In order to fabricate medium strength aluminum alloy materials with high electric conductivity,further investigation on aging behavior of Al-Mg-Si-RE with lower amount of Mg and Si become necessary.
