摘要
本文通过分析胆囊炎的诊断标准及临床表现,总结胆囊炎动物模型的复制方法及特点,基于临床诊断标准、病证特点、病因病机和中医辨证分型,对常用动物模型与中西医临床病证的吻合度进行对比分析,明确其优缺点及应用前景。胆囊炎动物模型造模方法较多,在一定程度反映了胆囊炎发病机制,但无法充分体现胆囊炎的临床表现。因此,仍需进一步探索既能反映胆囊炎发病机制又能体现临床表现的造模方式,即更加吻合临床病证特点的动物模型,促进该疾病的临床治疗。
In this paper,we analyzed the diagnostic criteria and clinical manifestations of cholecystitis and summarized the methods for animal modeling and the characteristics.Moreover,we dissected whether the commonly used animal models had the clinical characteristics of this disease in Chinese and western medicine based on clinical diagnostic criteria,pathological characteristics,pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation,hoping to clarify their advantages,disadvantages,and application prospects.There are many animal models of cholecystitis,which reflect the pathogenesis to a certain extent but fail to fully demonstrate the clinical manifestations of this disease.Therefore,efforts should be made to further explore the modeling methods so that the models can reflect both the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of cholecystitis(i.e.,animal models with the clinical characteristics of the disease)and thus promote the clinical treatment of this disease.
