摘要
超声在医学影像学领域具有显著特点,包括简便、经济、无创及可重复性强,因此在该领域扮演着重要的角色。然而,目前超声教学仍停留在传统的集中式授课模式,其教学反馈效果并不理想。许多实习生在离开超声科后仍然难以理解超声图像,实际操作更难以进行。本综述目的在于分析当前教学模式存在的困境,同时对案例教学法(CBL)和问题驱动式教学法(PBL)的定义和优势进行介绍和比较。此外,还总结了将CBL与PBL教学法相结合应用于甲状腺结节超声教学的具体方法,以总结CBL联合PBL教学法在甲状腺结节超声教学中的价值。
Ultrasound has significant characteristics in the field of medical imaging,including simplicity,economy,non invasiveness,and strong reproducibility,thus playing an important role in this field.However,currently ultrasound teaching still remains in the traditional centralized teaching mode,and its teaching feedback effect is not ideal.Many interns still have difficulty understanding ultrasound images,let alone practical operations,even after leaving the ultrasound department.Their understanding of ultrasound is far from meeting the teaching requirements and only stays on the surface.The objective of this review is to analyze the current challenges in teaching models,while also examining Case Based Learning(CBL)and Problem Introduce and compare the definition and advantages of the Baseline Learning(PBL)teaching method.In addition,the specific methods of combining CBL and PBL teaching methods in thyroid nodule ultrasound teaching were summarized to evaluate the value of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in thyroid nodule ultrasound teaching.
