摘要
目的:探究厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法:选择2022年7月—2023年7月上海市浦东新区新场社区卫生服务中心收治的原发性高血压患者80例进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组单用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片,两组持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者的血压水平、临床疗效、不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗1、3个月后血压水平均低于治疗前,且治疗3个月后血压水平低于治疗后1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1、3个月后血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:原发性高血压应用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗,降压效果显著,临床疗效更好,用药安全性有保障,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 80 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Xinchang Community Health Service Center in Shanghai Pudong New Area from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Blood pressure levels,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the blood pressure levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the blood pressure levels after 3 months of treatment were lower than those after 1 month of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in treatment of essential hypertension has remarkable antihypertensive effect and better clinical efficacy,and guarantees drug safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
