摘要
目的:分析硝苯地平缓释片与厄贝沙坦两种药物联合治疗年龄>60岁2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高血压患者的临床效果.方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月本院收治的88例T2DM合并高血压患者为研究对象.按照治疗方式不同将其分为实验组(n=45,硝苯地平缓释片与厄贝沙坦联合治疗)和对照组(n=43,厄贝沙坦治疗).比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、收缩压、舒张压及空腹血糖浓度情况及治疗相关不良反应发生情况.结果:两组治疗后,实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组收缩压、舒张压和空腹血糖浓度水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组恶心、胸闷、心悸等不良反应发生情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:针对年龄>60岁T2DM合并高血压患者采用硝苯地平缓释片与厄贝沙坦两种药物联合治疗,能有效降低患者血糖浓度和血压水平,提高临床治疗效果,安全性较高.
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with irbesartan in patients over 60 years old with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and hypertension.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with T2DM and hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected in this study.And according to different treatment methods,they were divided into the experimental group(n=45,nifedipine sustainedrelease tablets combined with irbesartan treatment)and the control group(n=43,irbesartan treatment).The clinical curative effect,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and concentration of fasting blood glucose and treatment related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After the treatment of the two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and concentration of fasting blood glucose in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions of nausea,chest tightness and heart palpitation between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For T2DM patients over 60 years old combined with hypertension,nifedipine sustained-release tablets and irbesartan combined therapy can effectively reduce the concentration of blood glucose and level of blood pressure,improve the clinical therapeutic effect,with high safety.
