低碳学校的设计导则:基于对欧洲低碳学校设计规划的策略研究

摘要 随着全球气候形势日益严峻,各行各业迫切需要进行绿色低碳转型。作为社会基础设施的重要组成部分,教育建筑的低碳进程具有重要的环境和社会意义。本文通过分析以德国、英国、意大利、西班牙、葡萄牙和丹麦为代表的欧洲国家在低碳学校规划设计中的最新政策和创新实践,总结了五条规划设计导则,希望这些成功的策略为全球其他地区的低碳学校改造、规划和设计提供宝贵经验。 With the increasingly severe global climate situation,there is an urgent need for green and low-carbon transitions in all sectors.As a crucial part of social infrastructure,the low-carbon transformation of educational buildings holds significant environmental and social importance.Taking Germany,the United Kingdom,Italy,Spain,Portugal and Denmark as typical cases,this paper analyzes the latest policies and innovative practices in the planning and design of low-carbon schools in European countries.It summarizes five planning and design guidelines.These successful strategies provide valuable experiences for the renovation,planning and design of low-carbon schools in other regions worldwide.
