摘要
为深入评估军队院校文化建设的全面效果,并构建一个合理、科学且可信的文化综合评价体系,该研究基于现代综合评价方法的创新应用,设计一套军校文化建设的综合评价体系。该文详细阐述该体系设计的基本原则、指标内容、结构框架以及评价流程。通过将某军校作为研究对象,实施具体的评价实践,得出相应的文化评价等级。不仅为军事文化建设的评价工作提供新的方法论思路,也为进一步的研究和实践奠定坚实的理论基础。
To comprehensively assess the impact of military academy culture development and establish an objective,scientifically rigorous cultural assessment framework,this study employs cutting-edge methodologies in modern comprehensive assessment to devise an evaluative model tailored to military academy culture.The manuscript details fundamental principles,index components,structural architecture,and assessment procedures within this framework.Focusing on a specific military academy as its subject of inquiry,this study executes targeted evaluative exercises resulting in corresponding cultural performance ratings.These findings not only introduce novel methodological approaches to evaluating military culture development but also underpin future research endeavors with robust theoretical groundwork.
