摘要
研讨会通过大会交流、小组讨论等形式,围绕"繁荣军事文艺打造强军文化",就一些重大理论问题和现实问题进行了深入讨论。代表们直面问题,深入思考,相互切磋,形成共识,提出了许多具有建设性的意见和建议,体现出很高的思想境界和理论水平。代表们一致认为,军事文艺创作必须为实现中国梦强军梦提供精神动力,必须助力党在新形势下强军目标的实现,必须满足部队文化建设需要和官兵文化需求;部队艺术教育必须"向部队靠拢,向实战聚焦",必须加快转型和改革,为部队输送能够担当强军文艺建设重任的文艺人才。
With conference exchange and group discussion, the seminar focused on how to “thrive military literature and art, build strong–army culture” to discuss in depth some important theoretical and real issues. All representatives faced problems to think deeply, communicate with each other, and draw common agreements. A variety of positive suggestions and ideas have be presented, which all bear high morality and theory level. All have agreed that the creation of military literature and art need provide spiritual power for the realization of strong–nation dream and strong–army dream, need afifliate the realization of the Party’s strong–army goal in the new situations, and need satisfy the need of military culture construction and needs of ofifcers and soldiers. The education of military art need “be close to the troops, focus on real wars”. Transition and reform need be fastened to provide literary and artistic talents for the army who are capable of shouldering the responsibility to realize strong–army construction.
