摘要
烟台市蓬莱区在公共卫生管理方面取得一定的成效,但在实际运行过程中仍面临一些问题和挑战,主要涉及公共卫生宣传教育、预防措施、卫生系统效率等方面。对此,需加强公共卫生服务体系建设,建立健全疾病预防控制体系,提高突发公共卫生事件的应对能力。再加强人员培训和管理,有助于提高基层医疗机构的服务质量和水平,并鼓励基层医疗机构开展特色服务和创新实践,做好应急救援资源的配置和管理工作,确保应急救援工作能及时、有效地开展,更好地保障人民的健康和公共卫生安全。
Penglai District of Yantai City has achieved certain results in public health management,but still faces some problems and challenges in actual operation,mainly involving public health promotion and education,preventive measures,and health system efficiency.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the public health service system,establish a sound disease prevention and control system,and improve the ability to respond to public health emergencies.Further strengthening personnel training and management will help improve the service quality and level of grassroots medical institutions,and encourage them to carry out characteristic services and innovative practices,do a good job in the allocation and management of emergency rescue resources,ensure that emergency rescue work can be carried out in a timely and effective manner,and better safeguard people's health and public health safety.
