摘要
公共卫生监督管理工作的开展关系到公共卫生体制的建设和公共卫生事业的稳定发展,科学推进公共卫生监督管理工作的创新和变革,针对当前监督管理工作中存在的问题进行针对性的处理,能显著提高我国公共卫生监管工作的质量和水平。该文在系统解读当前公共卫生监督管理存在问题的基础上,从完善卫生监督法律法规、明确监管职能定位、推进监管信息化建设角度提出有效应对公共卫生监督管理问题的措施,旨在能借助科学管理体系的设计和管理方案的优化,提高公共卫生监督管理工作的综合效果。
The development of public health supervision and management is related to the construction of public health system and the stable development of public health undertakings,and scientifically promote the innovation and reform of public health supervision and management.To deal with the problems existing in the current supervision and management work can significantly improve the quality and level of our country's public health supervision work.This paper based on the systematic interpretation of the current problems of public health supervision and management.From the perspective of improving health supervision laws and regulations,clarifying the positioning of supervision functions,and promoting the construction of supervision informatization,measures to effectively deal with the problems of public health supervision and management are put forward.The purpose is to improve the comprehensive effect of public health supervision and management by means of the design of scientific management system and the optimization of management plan.
