摘要
地矿类国际化人才培养是培养地矿类专业大学生全球胜任力、提供“一带一路”建设地矿类专业高层次人才以及推进行业特色高校一流学科建设的必然要求。但在新工科背景下,地矿类国际化人才培养存在文化自信不足,课程体系与国际动态发展和国际市场需求不协调,教学模式与科技发展不协调等问题。以问题为导向进行地矿类国际化人才培养的“供给侧”探索,从树立地矿文化自信,融合“国际+国内”地矿需求和开拓“地质+科技”教学模式三个方面进行国际人才的培养探讨。
International talent cultivation in the field of geosciences is an essential requirement for cultivating globally competent professionals in geosciences,providing high-level talent for the“Belt and Road”construction in the field of geosciences,and promoting the construction of top-tier disciplines with distinctive features in the industry.However,under the background of the new engineering disciplines,there are issues in the international talent cultivation in geosciences,such as lack of cultural confidence,a mismatch between the curriculum system,international dynamic development and international market demands,incompatibility between teaching mode and scientific development.It takes a problem-oriented approach in the paper to explore the“supply-side”exploration of international talent cultivation in the field of geosciences.It discusses the cultivation of international talents from three aspects:establishing cultural confidence in geosciences,integrating the demands of geosciences from both international and domestic perspectives,and exploring the teaching model of“geology+technology”.
