摘要
职业教育高质量发展是教育强国建设中的重要一环,对创造精神的培养是职业教育高质量发展的关键指标,也是为教育强国建设提供有力支撑的关键因素。然而,当前职业教育反哺科研创新的层次不高,产教协同的有效性仍需要提升,创造精神的培养困囿于传统教育模式。场域理论作为一种分析社会现象的理论框架,在职业教育、人才培养方面具有一定的实践指导价值。在职业教育场域视角下,厘清创造精神培养的应然之举与内在逻辑,提出了虚拟教育场域、强化场域角色、激发创造精神等实践策略,以破解职业教育高质量发展面临的实然之困,促进职业教育高质量发展过程中创造精神的培养。
The high-quality development of vocational education is an important part of the construction of an educational power,and the cultivation of creative spirit is a key indicator of the high-quality development of vocational education,and it is also a key factor to provide strong support for the construction of an educational power.However,the current level of vocational education feeding back scientific research and innovation is not high,the effectiveness of industry-education collaboration needs to be improved,and the cultivation of creative spirit is limited to the traditional education model.As a theoretical framework for analyzing social phenomena,field theory has certain value of practical guiding in vocational education and talent training.From the perspective of field theory in vocational education,this paper clarifies the ought-to-be measures and internal logic of the cultivation of creative spirit,and puts forward practical strategies such as the field in virtual education,strengthening the role of the field,and stimulating the creative spirit,so as to solve the real difficulties faced by the high-quality development of vocational education,and promote the cultivation of creative spirit in the process of high-quality development of vocational education.
