五轮学科评估下高校人才培养评估指标体系的演变与展望

摘要 在高等教育领域,学科评估作为保障人才培养质量、提升教育水平的政策工具,发挥着举足轻重的作用。基于我国五轮学科评估的实践经验,文章深入剖析了人才培养评估指标体系的演变历程,并结合当前学科建设的背景,探讨了其背后的动因和趋势。文章指出评估体系在科学性、全面性和前瞻性方面有了显著进步,同时也面临着挑战与不足。在此基础上,文章从思想政治教育、政策导向以及多元评估等多个维度出发,提出了完善我国人才培养评估体系的策略建议,旨在为高等教育的持续发展提供新的思路和动力。 In the field of higher education, discipline evaluation plays a very important role as a policy tool of guaranteeing the quality of talent training and promoting the level of education. Based on the practical experience of five rounds of discipline evaluation, this study deeply analyzes the evolution of the index system of talent training and discusses the motivation and trend behind it in combination with the background of current discipline construction. We reveal the remarkable progress of the evaluation system in its scientific, comprehensive and prospective aspects, and also point out the existing challenges and shortcomings. On this foundation, from the perspectives of political and ideological education, policy orientation, diverse evaluation etc., this study puts forward strategic suggestion of improving the evaluation system of talent training in our country in order to provide new ideas and impetus for the sustainable development of higher education.
