摘要
离心试验是雷达出厂可靠性检验的一种筛选方式,不仅要关注雷达的结构特性,也要关注雷达的电性能。首先,介绍了离心试验的原理,给出了一种机载有源相控阵雷达离心试验的布局和相关技术要求;然后,提出了一种在离心试验中进行通电的测试方法;最后,根据现有测试方法,分析了一些改进方向,为相关人员开展雷达离心试验提供了一定的参考。
Centrifugal test is a screening method for the ex-factory reliability inspection of radar,which should pay attention not only to the structural characteristics of radar,but also to the electrical properties of radar.Firstly,the principle of centrifugal test is introduced,and the layout and related technical requirements of centrifugal test for airborne active phased array radar are given.Then,a method for conducting electrification during the centrifugal test is presented.Finally,the improvement and development directions of some existing methods are proposed,which provides a certain reference for relevant personnel to conduct radar centrifugal test.
