摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预联合穴位敷贴对肿瘤化疗患者疲乏、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2023年5—11月广西医科大学第二附属医院收治的70例患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预联合穴位敷贴,比较两组疲乏症状、生活质量及工作满意度情况。结果:干预前两组癌因性疲乏得分和生活质量得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1个月后,观察组癌因性疲乏评分和生活质量方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作满意度得分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预联合穴位敷贴在肿瘤化疗患者中应用效果良好,可以有效减轻癌因性疲乏,提高患者生活质量及患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with acupoint application on fatigue and quality of life in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Method:70 patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from May to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The fatigue symptoms,quality of life and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the comparison of the scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).One month after intervention,the scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the scores of job satisfaction in the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with acupoint application has a good effect on cancer chemotherapy patients,which can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue,improve the quality of life and patients'satisfaction.
