摘要
高校辅导员工作实务既要体现在全体学生的日常管理上,同时又要关注到学生个体并进行有效指导。在个体指导上,利用萨提亚技术能够提高辅导员与学生的沟通时效,进行积极、有效沟通;利用教练技术促使学生个体发现自身的问题,提出问题的关键,并找到解决问题的办法,有效地解决问题;在指导的有效性上,与学生建立和谐的师生信任关系,能够确保对学生个体的指导发挥最大效能。通过以上工作实务技术,能够有效激发学生自我赋能,增强辅导员育人实效,促使学生健康成长成才。
The practical work of college counselors should not only focus on the daily management of all students but also pay attention to individual students and provide effective guidance.In terms of individual guidance,using Satir's techniques can improve the communication efficiency between counselors and students,facilitating positive and effective communication.Using coaching techniques can help individual students identify their own problems,clarify the key issues,find ways to solve problems,and effectively address them.In terms of the effectiveness of guidance,establishing a harmonious trust relationship with students can ensure maximum effectiveness in guiding individual students.Through the aforementioned practical work techniques,students can be effectively empowered,and the effectiveness of counselor's education can be enhanced,promoting students'healthy growth and development.
