摘要
基建工程是公立医院发展建设中的重要组成部分,加强内部控制在基建工程中的应用对医院基建管理具有重要意义。文章重点分析了医院基建工程项目,阐述了医院基建管理内部控制中存在的问题,并概括了基建工程管理内部控制的风险点,针对性地提出了应对措施,以期为规范和提升医院基建的管理水平提供参考。
Infrastructure project is an important part of the development and construction of public hospitals.It is of great significance to strengthen the application of internal control in infrastructure project for hospital infrastructure management.This paper focuses on the analysis of hospital infrastructure projects,expounds the problems existing in the internal control of hospital infrastructure management,summarizes the risk points of internal control of infrastructure project management,and puts forward corresponding measures,in order to provide reference for standardizing and improving the management level of hospital infrastructure.
