摘要
医院的基础建设投入是医院发展壮大的重要途径,其建设效果好坏直接影响着医院的发展进程,因此,加强医疗单位的基础建设管理,提高基建的投资效益是卫生经济领域中必须研究的重要内容。近几年,由于各级政府、医疗机构对医疗保健事业的重视和人民群众对医疗资源需求的持续增加,医院基础建设投资日益增多,若医院基础建设管理不善,必然给医院的管理带来许多问题和困难。
The infrastructure＇s investment is an important way to develop the hospital,it has direct effects on the hospital＇s development process,therefore,strengthen the medical unit of the infrastructure management,improve the investment efficiency of the health infrastructure in the economic field must be an important research content.In recent years,due to all levels of government and medical institutions pay much attention to the importance of the health care industry,also the people＇s continued demand for medical resources,hospital＇s infrastructure investment is getting increased.Many management problems and difficulties may be caused due to the poor infrastructure management.
