摘要
运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对“核心与高杠杆实践”教育理念进行了诠释,从“核心要素”和“实践探索”两个角度对体育教学高质量发展机理进行了阐述,并分析了其现实困囿:体育教学理念下教学行为的培养方向难以把握、固定的教学程式不易应对复杂的教学、体育教学资源不均使长期维持运行受阻、“核心与高杠杆实践”未在教育界形成普遍共识。基于此,笔者提出了“核心与高杠杆实践”驱动下体育教学高质量发展的发展路径:加强体育教育理念内化基础,深化体育教学课程改革;转换核心素养视域下教学程式,提高教学效率;优化体育资源配置,提升教育资源利用率;融合教师教学公正,迎来教育改革新机遇。
This paper interprets the educational concept of“core and high-leverage practice”by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,expounds the high-quality development mechanism of physical education teaching from the perspectives of“core elements”and“practice exploration”,and analyzes its practical difficulties.It is difficult to grasp the training direction of teaching behavior under the concept of physical education,the fixed teaching program cannot be used easily to cope with the complex teaching,the uneven physical education resources hinder the long-term maintenance of operation,and the“core and high-leverage practice”is not accepted as a general consensus in the education circle.Therefore,the paper puts forward the development paths of high-quality development of PE teaching driven by“core and high-leverage practice”,including strengthening the internalization basis of PE education concept,and deepening the reform of PE teaching curriculum;changing the teaching program based on the core quality,and improving the teaching efficiency;optimizing the allocation of sports resources,and improving the utilization rate of education resources;integrating teachers teaching justice,and ushering in new opportunities for education reform.
