摘要
虚拟仿真技术(VR)作为一种新兴的教学手段,在医护人员院前急救(PE)风险管理培训中展现出了巨大的应用潜力。作者就VR的基本原理与发展现状,PE风险管理的特点与培训现状,VR在PE风险识别与技能训练、决策训练与流程管理、团队协作与沟通训练等方面的应用进行综述,并提出未来需进一步加强技术创新与融合、优化培训内容、强化跨领域合作与资源共享、完善培训效果评估与反馈机制的建议,以期为推动VR在PE风险管理领域的深入应用提供理论支持与实践指导。
Virtual reality(VR),as an emerging teaching tool,has shown great potential in prehospital emergency(PE)risk management training for medical professionals.This article reviews the fundamental principles and development status of VR,the characteristics and training status of PE risk management,and the application of VR in PE risk identification and skill training,decision-making training and process management,team collaboration and communication training,what’s more,this article suggested to strengthen technological innovation and integration,optimize training content,enhance cross disciplinary cooperation and resource sharing,and improve training effectiveness evaluation and feedback mechanisms,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the in-depth application of VR in the field of PE risk management.
