摘要
聚氯乙烯是工业领域应用最为广泛的树脂材料之一,但其在生产过程中会产生大量含有难降解的高浓度有机物的废水,直接排放到自然界后会对生态环境造成严重污染,因而要充分发挥现代技术优势,对聚氯乙烯生产废水进行无害化处理。废水自动监测技术在聚氯乙烯生产废水处理中的应用,为废水处理工艺的优化和改进提供了有力支持,也提高了废水处理效率和效果。基于废水自动监测技术,利用聚氯乙烯废水的混凝成沉淀法、生化处理和膜处理方法对聚氯乙烯生产废水进行监测,能够有效提升聚氯乙烯废水处理效果,降低污染物排放量,改善生态环境质量。
Polyvinyl chloride is one of the most widely used resin materials in the industrial field,but it generates a large amount of wastewater containing high concentration organic matter difficult to degrade during the production process.Directly discharging it into nature will cause serious pollution to the ecological environment.Therefore,it is necessary to fully leverage the advantages of modern technology and carry out harmless treatment of PVC production wastewater.The application of wastewater automatic monitoring technology in the treatment of PVC production wastewater provides strong support for the optimization and improvement of wastewater treatment processes,and also improves the efficiency and effectiveness of wastewater treatment.Based on automatic monitoring technology for wastewater,monitoring of polyvinyl chloride production wastewater using coagulation sedimentation,biochemical treatment,and membrane treatment methods can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of polyvinyl chloride wastewater,reduce pollutant emissions,and improve ecological environment quality.
