摘要
农民数字素养是推动数字乡村建设内生发展的动力源,持续提升农民数字素养是持续推进乡村振兴、夯实我国数字经济发展社会基础、促进农业农村现代化的务实举措。调研团采用问卷调查、质性访谈等研究方法,先后深入湖南省6个数字乡村建设典型村庄进行驻村调研,旨在深化农民数字素养培育的理论研究,推动数字乡村建设取得新进展。调研发现,提升农民数字素养面临数字技能学习内生动力不足、数字技术应用不充分、数字教育基础设施建设不完善等困境。发展“情感+利益”双向内在激励模式、整合“媒体+网络”数字技术资源、夯实“数字+设施”物质基础,可以从整体上提升农民数字素养水平,让数字技术更好助力乡村振兴。
Farmers'digital literacy is the driving force to promote the endogenous development of digital village construction,necessitating continuous improvement to propel ongoing rural revitalizaiton,strengthen the societal foundation of China's digital economy,and facilitate the rural modernization.Using questionnaire surveys,qualitative interviews and other research methods,the research team successively went to six typical villages in Hunan Province for digital village construction to conduct village-based research,aiming to deepen the theoretical research on the cultivation of farmers'digital literacy and promote new progress in the construction of digital villages.The survey revealed that improving farmers'digital literacy faced difficulties such as inadequate endogenous motivation for digital skill learning,insufficient application of digital technology,and imperfect construction of digital education infrastructure.The development of the two-way intrinsic incentive model of'emotion+benefit',the integration of'media+network'digital technology resources,and the consolidation of the material foundation of'digital+facilities'can improve the digital literacy level of farmers as a whole and make digital technology better contribute to rural revitalization.
