摘要
为了解新疆部分地区羊腹泻的发病情况及携带的病原菌,从新疆阿克苏、喀什、乌鲁木齐、伊犁部分地区的8个规模化羊场和部分养羊户家中共采集301份羊的肛拭子进行细菌的分离鉴定,通过选择培养、革兰氏染色镜检及PCR鉴定,共分离出294株大肠埃希氏菌,分离率为97.6%,87株奇异变形杆菌,分离率为28.9%,50株金黄色葡萄球菌,分离率为16.6%,未分离出沙门氏菌。混合感染占比为1.3%~28.9%,其中30例出现金黄色葡萄球菌-大肠埃希氏菌-奇异变形杆菌的混合感染,4例出现金黄色葡萄球菌-大肠埃希氏菌-奇异变形杆菌-肠杆菌的混合感染。调查结果显示,腹泻在羊养殖场中的发病率占22%~30.8%,其他疾病占0~29.7%,研究结果表明腹泻是新疆部分地区羊养殖场高发疾病之一,且大肠埃希氏菌、肠杆菌、奇异变形杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌在新疆部分地区羊腹泻中较为常见,细菌性腹泻严重影响该地区羊养殖业的可持续发展,为此应引起重视。研究结果可为该地区羊腹泻的预防和治疗提供参考依据。
In order to understand the incidence of diarrhea and the pathogenic bacteria carried by sheep in some areas of Xinjiang,in this study,301 anal swabs of sheep were collected from 8 large-scale sheep farms and some sheep households in Aksu,Kashgar,Urumqi and Ili Kazakh autonomous prefecture regions of Xinjiang,a total of 294 strains of Escherichia coli,accounting for 97.6%,87 strains of Proteus mirabilis,accounting for 28.9%and 50 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,accounting for 16.6%,were isolated,and no Salmonella was isolated.The proportion of mixed infection was 1.3%-28.9%,30 strains of which were Staphylococcus aureus mixed with Escherichia coli and Proteus mirabilis,a mixed infection of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Proteus mirabilis and enterobacter occurred.The results showed that the incidence of diarrhea in sheep farms was 22%-30.8%and other diseases were 0-29.7%.The results showed that diarrhea was one of the most common diseases in sheep farms in some areas of Xinjiang,and Escherichia coli,enterobacter,Proteus mirabilis and Staphylococcus aureus are common in sheep diarrhea in some areas of Xinjiang.Bacterial diarrhea has seriously affected the sustainable development of sheep farming in this region,therefore,attention should be paid to this study to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of sheep diarrhea in this area.
