摘要
奇异变形杆菌(proteus mirabilis,PM)作为人畜共患传染病病原,其危害性仅次于沙门氏菌等强致病菌,是一种常见的条件致病菌。近年来,PM引起的食品中毒事件屡见报道,其在畜禽养殖业上造成的损失也逐年增加。因此笔者将近年对PM的研究情况进行整理,使研究人员对PM有进一步的了解,以便于更好地防控该菌株引起的生物危害。同时,了解PM的耐药特征,对于指导临床合理应用抗生素、减少耐药菌株的生产和传播具有重要意义。
Proteus mirabilis is a important zoonotic pathogen. It is a common opportunistic pathogen. Its dangers are after Salmonella. In recent years, PM-induced food poisoning was frequently reported. Its in the livestock industry losses on has also increased year after year. So we will finishing the recently study of PM. So that the researchers have a better understanding of PM. In order to better prevention and control of biological hazards due to Proteus mirabilis. At the same time, understand the resistance characteristics of PM has a significance to guide the clinical use of antibiotics reasonably and reduce the production and dissemination of resistant strains.
