摘要
咳嗽病因繁杂,其临床诊疗难度大,中医在数千年的临床实践中积累了丰富的理论基础与临床经验。通过梳理总结王旭高辨治咳嗽的学术思想,发现王氏主张咳嗽的四维辨证,分别是辨表里、辨虚实、辨体质、辨时间;在咳嗽的治法中,主张三焦通治,重视上焦宣通、中焦运化及下焦培补,在用药方面重视相反相成的应用,尤其善于寒温并用、升降同调、通补兼施、辛苦合化。
The causes of cough are complicated,and its clinical diagnosis and treatment are difficult.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich theoretical basis and clinical experience in thousands of years of clinical practice.By combing and summarizing Wang Xugao's academic thought of cough differentiation and treatment,it is found that Wang advocated the four-dimensional syndrome differentiation of cough,namely,the differentiation of outward appearance,the differentiation of deficiency and reality,the differentiation of constitution and the differentiation of time.In the treatment of cough,it advocates the triple engergizers tong treatment,pay attention to the promotion of upper Jiao,the transportation of middle Jiao and the cultivation of lower Jiao,pay attention to the application of opposite and complementary drugs,especially good at the combination of cold and warm,the harmonization of rising and falling,disperse and supple ment simultanecusl the combinaion of acrid and bitterne.
