摘要
科技成果转化对促进科技研发与产业融合、促进经济高质量发展具有重要意义。明确科技成果转化过程中的关键因素,对于科技成果成功转化具有重要作用。分析了企业实施科技成果转化的过程,强调了企业自身能力这一主观因素的决定性作用,结合企业技术开发的实践案例,总结出进行科技成果转化的三大内部关键因素,分别为技术可行性、商业化潜力评估、市场需求与科技成果契合度。同时,分析了国产替代、金融支持、知识产权保护三大外部关键因素对科技成果转化的影响。在此基础上,通过问卷调查方式获取相关数据进行定量分析。最后对未来科技成果转化的发展趋势进行了展望,为助力未来科技成果转化以及创新提供理论基础与对策建议。
The conversion of scientific and technological achievements holds significant importance in advancing scientific and technological research and development,as well as facilitating industrial integration,thereby fostering high-quality economic development.Identifying the pivotal factors in the conversion of scientific and technological achievements plays a crucial role in the successful realization of such conversions.The process of executing the conversion of scientific and technological achievements was delved,while underscoring the paramount influence of the subjective factor of the enterprise’s internal capabilities.By integrating practical cases of enterprise technology development,three key internal factors essential to the conversion of scientific and technological achievements were identified,specifically technical feasibility,assessment of commercialization potential,market demand,and alignment with scientific and technological achievements.The impacts of three key external factors,namely domestic substitution,financial backing,and intellectual property protection,on the conversion of scientific and technological achievements were examined.Subsequently,relevant data was gathered through a questionnaire survey for quantitative analysis.Lastly,the future development trajectory of the conversion of scientific and technological achievements is forecasted,along with providing theoretical foundations and strategies to aid in the transformation and innovation of scientific and technological achievements in the future.
