摘要
目的:分析启发式评价法在临床护理信息系统优化中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年3月于黔西南州人民医院接受治疗的患者160例为研究对象,其中2021年10月—2022年6月为优化前(n=80),使用常规临床护理信息系统;2022年7月—2023年3月为优化后(n=80),使用启发式评价法优化后的临床护理信息系统。比较优化前后的护理质量、患者满意度、健康教育知晓率、护理不良事件发生率。结果:优化后护士形象、护理技术、出院指导、住院环境、心理状态评分高于优化前(P<0.001);优化后患者满意度评分(97.60±0.65)高于优化前(87.43±0.46)(P<0.001);优化后健康知识知晓率[95.0%(76/80)]高于对照组[81.3%(65/80)](P<0.001)。优化后护理不良事件发生率低于优化前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论:在临床护理信息系统优化中应用启发式评价法可以提高护理质量与患者满意度,促进健康教育普及,降低不良事件发生风险。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of heuristic evaluation method in clinical nursing information system optimization.Methods:A total of one hundred and sixty patients who received treatment in Qianxinan Prefecture People's Hospital from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.From October 2021 to June 2022,before the optimization(n=80),the routine clinical care information system was used.From July 2022 to March 2023,the clinical nursing information system after optimization(n=80)was optimized using the heuristic evaluation method.The nursing quality,patient satisfaction,awareness rate of health education and incidence of adverse nursing events before and after optimization were compared.Results:After optimization,the scores of nurses'image,nursing technique,discharge guidance,hospitalization environment and psychological state were higher than those before optimization(P<0.001);the patient satisfaction score after optimization(97.60±0.65)was higher than that before optimization(87.43±0.46)(P<0.001);the optimized aware of knowledge about health[95.0%(76/80)]was higher than the control group[81.3%(65/80)](P<0.001);the incidence of adverse events after optimization was lower than that before optimization,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion:The application of heuristic evaluation method in clinical nursing information system optimization can improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction,promote the popularization of health education,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
