摘要
目的:探析抑郁症患者自杀风险现状,并调查相关影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2022年1月江西省荣军优抚医院收治的72例抑郁症患者临床资料,纳入可能的影响因素,采用多元线性回归分析抑郁症患者自杀风险的影响因素。结果:经多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度初中及高中、希望水平低下、家庭关怀度低下以及社会支持低下是抑郁症患者自杀风险高的影响因素(OR=-4.482、5.438、3.752、3.855,P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者自杀风险略高,文化程度初中及高中、希望水平低下、家庭关怀度低下以及社会支持低下是抑郁症患者自杀风险高的影响因素。
Objective:To explore the current situation of suicide risk in patients with depression,and investigate the related influencing factors.Methods:A retrospective study,including 72 patients with depression admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022,was conducted.The clinical data of all patients were collected,the possible influencing factors were included,and the influencing factors of suicide risk of patients with depression were identified by multiple linear regression analysis.Results:Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the high risk factors of suicide in depressed patients were junior high school and senior high school,low level of hope,low degree of family care and low social support(OR=-4.482,5.438,3.752,3.855;P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk of suicide is slightly higher in depressed patients.The factors that affect the risk of suicide are junior high school and senior high school education,low level of hope,low degree of family care and low social support.
