基于OBE理念的《病理生理学》课程思政的路径探索与实践

摘要 目的探讨基于成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)理念的《病理生理学》课程思政的实施路径及效果。方法2021年3月—2022年7月选择遵义医科大学珠海校区2019级及2020级临床医学专业、口腔医学、医学影像学专业共1168名学生作为研究对象。其中2019级学生作为对照组(n=577),2020级学生作为试验组(n=591)。2组学生病理生理学课程均采用线上线下混合式教学方法。试验组再实施基于OBE理念的《病理生理学》课程思政。通过对比期末考试成绩、参加创新计划训练项目的人数以及问卷调查对基于OBE理念的《病理生理学》课程思政实施效果进行评估。结果与对照组期末考试成绩(62.46±17.36)分相比,试验组期末考试成绩(68.82±17.48)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组参加大学生创新训练计划项目人数较对照组增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查发现,试验组学生认为在课堂教学中融入课程思政有必要以及认为在课堂教学中融入课程思政可以提高学习兴趣的人数也较对照组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,试验组学生对教师的总体满意度也较对照组略有提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于OBE理念的《病理生理学》课程思政有助于提高学生学习的兴趣、期末考试的成绩及创新训练项目的参与度。 Objective To explore the implementation path and application effect of ideological and political education in the course of Pathophysiology based on the outcome-based education(OBE)concept.Methods A total of 1168 students of grade 2019 and 2020 majoring in clinical medicine,stomatology and medical imaging in Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical University were selected as research objects from March 2021 to July 2022.The students of grade 2019 were the control group(n=577),and the students of grade 2020 were the experimental group(n=591).A blended teaching method of online and offline classes was adopted by both groups of students in the course of pathophysiology.The experimental group was subjected to implementation of ideological and political education within the course based on the the OBE concept.The application effect of ideological and political education in the course of Pathophysiology based on OBE concept was assessed through a comparative analysis of final exam scores,the count of participants engaged in innovation program training projects,and responses from questionnaire surveys.Results Compared with the control group[(62.46±17.36)points],the final exam score of experimental group[(68.82±17.48)points]was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of participants in the innovation training programs for college students in the experimental group increased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the questionnaire survey,it was found that the number of students in the experimental group believed that it was necessary to integrate curriculum ideology and politics into classroom teaching and that the number of students who believed that integrating curriculum ideology and politics into classroom teaching could improve their learning interest was also more than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the overall satisfaction of s
