机器人辅助全髋关节置换术治疗晚发性脊柱骨骺发育不良伴进行性骨关节炎1例

摘要 晚发性脊柱骨骺发育不良伴进行性骨关节病(spondylo-epiphyseal dysplasia tarda with progressive arthropathy,SEDT-PA)是一种罕见的、非炎性的常染色体隐性遗传性软骨发育不良疾病,最早于1982年由Wynne-Davies等[1]报道。SEDT-PA发病机制未明,与WNT1可诱导信号转导途径蛋白3(Wnt1-inducible signaling pathway protein 3,WISP3)等基因突变有关[2,3],基本病理改变为持续的软骨丢失和骨破坏,终末期可引起严重的多关节丧失功能[4],同时SEDT-PA患者多合并脊柱发育异常及中轴关节病变、力线异常[5,6]等,以上因素均增加全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)难度及并发症发生率,传统手术难度极大,一直被认为是关节置换手术“高地”。
