摘要
热轧生产线上除了轧机主电机外,装机容量最大的是除鳞泵电机,在降低生产成本上具有较大空间。为此,对热轧除鳞系统的关键设备进行了介绍,归纳了各种空轧时间的特点,重点分析了除鳞泵工作状态的不同阶段,基于现有除鳞系统配置对节能方法展开研究,并进行了实际调试应用。针对精轧除鳞系统和粗轧除鳞系统的特点给出不同节能方案,阐明除鳞系统的节能区间主要应用在粗轧区域,大容积蓄能器组加变频调速系统的配置是目前较好的粗轧除鳞系统节能方案,为设计和改造除鳞系统提供了节能方面的参考。
In addition to the main motor of the rolling mill on the hot rolling production line,the largest installed capacity is the descaling pump motor,which has a large space in reducing production costs.The key equipment of the hot rolling descaling system is introduced,the characteristics of various empty rolling times are summarized,and the different stages of the working state of the descaling pump are analyzed.The energy-saving method is studied based on the configuration of the existing descaling system,and the practical debugging application is carried out.According to the characteristics of the finishing rolling descaling system and the roughing rolling descaling system,different energy-saving schemes are given,and it is clarified that the energy-saving section of the descaling system is mainly used in the roughing rolling area.The configuration of the large-volume accumulator group plus frequency conversion speed regulation system is the best energy-saving scheme for the roughing rolling descaling system,which provides an energy-saving reference for the design and transformation of the descaling system.
