摘要
从满足热轧宽厚板轧钢工艺要求出发,较综合性地介绍了高压水除鳞系统高压电控设备;低压电控设备;中压变频器调速、调压;PLC硬件组态;通讯网络的电控设计。本设计已在多项工程应用,取得了较好的运行效果和经济效益。
This paper from meeting the requirements of width-thickness plate rolling process,the design of high-voltage electric control equipment,low-voltage electric equipment,middle-voltage frequency conversion drive,adjust-pressure,PLC hardware configuration,communication Network for electric control system in high pressure water descading system is indroduced.This design has got good runing effect and economic benefit in application of many engineering.
