颗粒生物绿肥对辣椒生长及土壤理化性质的影响

摘要 为研究颗粒生物绿肥对作物的促生以及对土壤的改良效果,以辣椒为指示作物,通过盆栽试验,分别研究不施肥(CK)、施用颗粒绿肥(G)、施用含胶冻样类芽孢杆菌的颗粒生物绿肥(GJ)、施用含长枝木霉的颗粒生物绿肥(GM)、施用含长枝木霉及胶冻样类芽孢杆菌的颗粒生物绿肥(GJM)对辣椒生长以及土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明,与单施颗粒绿肥相比,施用配方颗粒生物绿肥均可以促进作物生长,增加植株干重及其氮、磷、钾养分含量,提高土壤中有效养分含量,尤其是磷素的提升效果最为明显,G、GJ、GM、GJM处理分别提升6.91%、8.00%、25.46%、63.85%,且土壤容重显著降低,其中以施用含长枝木霉及胶冻样类芽孢杆菌的颗粒生物绿肥效果最佳,具体表现为:GJM处理的株高、茎粗及SPAD值较CK处理和G处理最高分别提高了106.74%、130.69%、24.07%和63.70%、45.20%、24.60%,且GJM处理的辣椒植株鲜、干重均为最大值,分别是32.88 g和8.25 g,土壤容重最低,为1.25 g·cm^(3),植株养分受到施肥的显著影响,GJM处理全氮、磷、钾含量较CK处理和G处理分别提高25.42%、30.77%、55.12%和17.00%、21.43%和14.39%。综上所述,含长枝木霉及胶冻样类芽孢杆菌的颗粒生物绿肥能够最有效的促进辣椒的生长、提升土壤的肥力。 In order to study the effect of granular bio-green manure on crop growth and soil fertility,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of no fertilization(CK),application of granular green manure(G),application of granular bio-green manure containing Paenibacillusmucilaginosus(GJ),application of granular bio-green manure containing Trichoderma longibrachiatum(GM),application of granular bio-green manure containing Trichoderma longibrachiatum and Paenibacillusmucilaginosus(GJM)on crop growth and soil physical and chemical properties with peper as indicator crop.The results showed that compared with the single application of granular green manure,the application of granular bio-green manure could promote the growth of pepper,increase the dry weight of plants and the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients,improve soil available nutrient content,with the most obvious effects on soil phosphorus,the G,GJ,GM and GJM treatments increased by 6.91%,8.00%,25.46%and 63.85%,respectively,the effect of applying granular bio-green manure containing Trichoderma longibrachiatum and Paenibacillus mucilaginosus was the best among them.The specific performance was as follows:the plant height,stem diameter and SPAD value of GJM treatment were the highest compared with CK treatment and G treatment,which increased by 106.74%,130.69%,24.07%and 63.70%,45.20%,24.60%,respectively GJM treatment also had the largest fresh and dry weight of pepper plants,which were 32.88 g and 8.25 g respectively,and the lowest soil bulk density whcih was 1.25 g·cm^(3).Plant nutrients were significantly affected by fertilization and potassium in GJM treatment were 25.42%,30.77%,55.12%and 17.00%,21.43%,14.39%higher than those in CK and G treatment,respectively.In summary,the granular bio-green manure containing Trichoderma longibrachiatum and Paenibacillusmucilaginosus had the best effect on promoting the growth of pepper and improving soil fertility.
