摘要
基于GT-POWER性能模型,以缸径为200mm、行程为300mm的某型船用中速柴油机为研究对象,开展NO_(x)减排研究。通过建立进气压力、气阀正时等与柴油机排放特性变化的联系,确定降低柴油机的NO_(x)比排放值的方案。结果表明,通过调整进气压力及进气正时等可以实现该型柴油机更佳的排放性能。经实机验证,通过更换中冷器及增压系统,可以降低15.8%的NO_(x)排放,可为工程应用提供参考。
Based on GT-POWER performance model,the NO_(x) emission reduction analysis was carried out on a marine medium speed diesel engine with cylinder bore/stroke of 200 mm/300 mm.The linkage between intake pressure,valve timing and changes in emission characteristics of the diesel engine was established to determine the program to reduce the NO_(x) specific emission value of the diesel engine.The results show that by adjusting intake pressure and timing,better emission performance of the diesel engine can be achieved.By verification on the real engine,replacing the intercooler and turbocharging system can reduce NO_(x) emissions by 15.8%,which provides reference for engineering application.
