摘要
为更方便地研究船用柴油机喷油提前角对NOx排放特性的影响,利用软件模拟方式代替实验,建立柴油机数学模型,模拟计算了6210ZLD-5型柴油机喷油提前角的改变对柴油机NOx排放、功率和燃油消耗率的影响.结果表明,减小喷油提前角可以降低NOx排放,但同时也造成柴油机功率的降低和燃油消耗率的增加.该研究对柴油机喷油参数的优化具有一定的参考价值.
To study the influence of fuel injection advance angle on NOx emission conveniently,a diesel engine model was established with the aid of software instead of experiment.Taking engine 6210ZLD-5 as an example,NOx emission,power and fuel consumption were calculated with the fuel injection advance angle changing correspondingly.Results show that NOx emission decreases with advance angle decreasing,but the decrease of power and the increase of fuel consumption should be taken into account,which has a certain reference value for injection parameter optimization of diesel engines.
