采用相继增压技术改善柴油机低负荷性能的试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 为了改善620V12柴油机的低负荷性能,使其更好地满足作为船用主机的性能要求,对该型柴油机进行了相继增压系统的设计,并对改造后的柴油机进行了负荷特性试验研究,分析比较了柴油机1TC状态与2TC状态的负荷特性、限制特性和万有特性.试验结果表明,采用相继增压系统后,该柴油机在600-1400r/min范同的运行区域平均扩大了71%,扭矩范围提高了87.1%,限制特性线上的油耗平均降低了15.2%,改善了该柴油机的低负荷性能. In this paper, to improve low-load performance and operating economy of the 620V12 marine diesel engine, a sequential turbocharging system for the diesel engine was designed. Experimental research was done on loading characteristics of the improved engine. Loading characteristics, limiting characteristics and universal characteristics in 1TC and 2TC status were analyzed and compared. Experimental results indicate that diesel engine performance in low-load conditions is markedly improved by this turbocharging system. Within the engine-speed range of 600 to 1400 rpm, on average, the running range is increased by 71%, the toque range of the diesel is increased by 87.1% and fuel consumption in the limiting characteris tic curve is decreased by 15.2%.
