摘要
阐述了靠近水冷壁的还原性气氛是造成高温腐蚀的重要原因。介绍了潍坊电厂1号炉采用一次风反切技术改善近壁气氛的研究工作。实践证明,一次风反切可有效防止近壁还原性气氛的生成。
The near wall reducing gas is considered to be the important cause of high temperature corrosion.The research to improve near wall flue gas by adopting anti tangent primary air in Weifang Power Plant No.1 boiler is introduced.It's proved that the anti tangent primary air can prevent from forming near wall reducing gas and diminish high temperature corrosion.
